CFWC KINGDOM FITNESS: 431 S Shortridge Rd, Indianapolis IN. Just across from Kemba credit union & Kroger Bakery.
Every Friday, 7:00 pm – EXPERIENCE THE BURN! To heart-pumping music! Join in co-ed exercises, workouts or boot camp – run, sweat, dance, obstacle course & use of small equipment. You may end up breathing hard – but remember, ‘no pain, no gain’! (Also some Saturdays, watch FB or CFWC website for updates & announcements)
Mark can individualize your participation in the session to fit your special health needs or restrictions. Bring your own small weights, mat, towels, water, etc. Everyone is welcome, you don’t have to be a member of CFWC to participate. This Ministry is a family affair, Mark’s wife, Candice handles the scheduling, paperwork, and joins the workouts & other activities as her work schedule permits. You will also meet their kids who love to join in the fun (and they make the adults look soooo bad!) Children ages 8 & over are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian who must register them to participate.
As weather permits: Saturday or Sunday afternoons – (times will be announced). Ellenberger Park at Ritter & St. James. Be ready to RUMBLE!
A variety of Saturday afternoon events & activities are scheduled throughout the summer & fall. Watch for Boot Camps, Family Olympics, monthly challenges and more!
Mark & his family have been with CFWC since 2009 and are a true blessing to us. He & wife, Candice are anointed & gifted singers with our Fusion Praise & Worship Team. If you haven’t heard them, you are missing a real treat! (don’t tell them we said it, but if you ask them to sing something for you, they probably will)
Mark received his Personal Trainer certification and is gifted with a patient and caring spirit – his energy far surpasses the energizer bunny! His heart desire is for everyone to be healthy & whole through some kind of motion or activity, good diet & nutrition, and alot of friendly fellowship.
Mark also provides 30, 60 & 90-day personalized fitness plans & individual training sessions for a very nominal fee. He is experienced in training all ages, and is especially effective with the elderly or those with special health conditions or limited motion.
